We start by using computer controlled state of the art equipment to etch your design onto the metal base. Then we fill in the colors of your choice, and fire the pins in a kiln to set the enamel and ensure durability. Last but not least, we polish the pins and apply the protective epoxy clear finish to add extra durability and protection to your custom pins.
